A tutorial on how to learn a kip on either the women’s uneven bars (low bar or high bar), men’s high bar and parallel bars. First is a few drills, followed by explaining each part of the kip (the fist part – the glide, the second part – legs to the bar, and the third part – pulling to a front support).
