A tutorial on how to do tap swings on the women’s uneven bars or men’s high bar, going over re-gripping or hopping your hands on the back swing, beat swings to understand the hollow and arch positions and putting them together to do a good tap swing (hollow in the back, arch through the bottom and hollow/kick in the front). Also, when you are just swinging, you should jump down/let go in the back. If you let go in the front, you may land funny and put your arm back behind you and hurt it (elbow). Thanks for watching.
